Hello everyone! I write about UL gears and how your backpack can be lighter. Let’s check out, if you are even interested in UL brands and UL camping as well.

This is the content of UL camp and gears.
What is UL camp and UL gears?

Climbers, Hikers, bikers and backpack campers might know this word “ UL camp” or “Ul gears”, but most of others don’t know. What is UL? UL simply mean ultra light.
If camp with a backpack only, you need to consider about total weight of your backpack including water, food, and gears because you carry the backpack and do an activity for all the day sometimes. To summarize, being your backpack lighter is necessary for some extreme activity.
To save your weight, you need to pick up gear and think about necessity and comfort ability. Also think about your style of camping as well!
These-days, machine and processing skills are improved so well which result in presenting lighter tents and other gears every years. Obviously, they are pricy compared to normal gears, but people do challenging camping like rock climbing and hiking are able to save the life by choosing UL gears
Off course, people who don’t do extreme camping might camp comfortably by UL gears.
How your backpack can be lighter
There are some steps to make your backpack lighter. I write about it step by step.

In the case of backpack camping, you aim to pack within 10kg, so fist step is to know the total weight of your backpack.
② choose your gearsFor example, you don’t need to bring warm wears in the summer. On the other hand, you might need jackets and sweater in the winter. Your gears that you bring to camping differ by what kind of camp you do. Therefore, you need to think about what gear is necessary for your camp.
③priority of the gearsThis is very important! To make your gears lighter, there is priority. The first priority is your tent and second one is sleeping bag or backpack itself. It is easy to heavy items make lighter. The lightest tent is only about 700g. Also, the small items are sometimes already light that is hard to be lighter.
Attention here, to get a UL backpack, some of them don’t have a back pad, so if your are beginner, a UL backpack is not your fist option. Off course, depends on your style. If you don’t hike or walk for more than 3 hours, the UL backpack is pretty good.
In addition? UL gears are all expensive. Think about pricy and your money, and if you can cover that aspect by your physical fitness, you might want to get normal gears.
